Of course the end goal is to land the job but to be successful we must take the process one step at a time. Basically, the resume is an advertisement of “you” in which you are selling yourself.

If you created a product and advertised it over television, wouldn’t you want to grab the attention of people so that they buy it. Similarly, you want to sell yourself in a way that will make employers want to buy you. Make your resume stand out with good creative, catchy content, and honest results driven persuasion.
