Impression Lab is our unique resume-creating application that provides job-seekers a robust, easy-to-use way to create a highly personalized online resume. The application was designed to allow for a step-by-step process of choosing a format, entering text and uploading photos and videos via a drag-and-drop interface. BriteTab allows users to blend short video clips into their existing text resumes online, meaning viewers don’t have to sit through a long-form candidate videos. BriteTab also offers the ability to upload portfolio contents so hiring managers can have access to your entire professional portfolio all in one place.

Impression Lab™ and BriteTab™ are designed to work with all popular operating systems and browsers - but do require Adobe Flash Player version 10 or higher. We also recommend that Microsoft Internet Explorer users upgrade to version 7 or higher to get the best experience. To verify if you have Adobe Flash Player installed please visit the Adobe Website. The table in the center of this page will indicate which version of Adobe Flash Player you have installed (if any).

To make changes to your resumes, click "Launch Impression Lab" from your My Resumes Page. Impression Lab gives you complete free-form control over the look and feel of your online resumes. Visit the How-To Videos to learn more about using Impression Lab.

From the user dashboard inside Impression Lab - select the Upload Video or Upload Images button - then browse your computer for the file you want to upload and hit OK. For complete tutorials on uploading images and videos, visit the How-To Videos

The following input formats are well tested and safe to use.

asf - asf format
avi - avi format
flv - flv format
m4v - raw MPEG4 video format
mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 - QuickTime/MPEG4/Motion JPEG 2000 format
wmv - Windows Media Video format

Your personal information is completely secure and used for registration and billing purposes only. We will never distribute any of your personal information to third parties.

It is important to understand though that anything you place on your online resume can be seen by others. So never include personal information such as Social Security Numbers, birth dates, or other sensitive information on your resume.
